OUR IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Creation of employees’ detailed database.
  • Detailed analysis of current operations, activities and procedures related to payroll.
  • Parallel processing, review and test of the system.
  • Setup of employee self-service portal and interfaces required, including the interface with the current Human Resource system
  • Load current employees’ master file and individual payroll data, in electronic files, according to the format to be defined

OUR ONGOING PAYROLL SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Monthly calculation of payroll per local legislation and company policies
  • Calculate and accrual of legal benefits
  • Calculate tax withholdings and other deductions
  • Generate files for payment in the bank platform and coordinate the payment with client’s
    treasury team
  • Create the file for social contributions and third parties;
  • Generate physical or electronic pay slips, as required
  • Calculate settlement of employees,
  • Generate and provide standards payroll reports, as agreed (Including government reports and journal entries)
  • Annual preparation of income and withholding certificates. Including other annual payroll reports required by laws
  • Support to the client’s HR team, regarding regular calculations

OUR HIRING AND TERMINATION SUPPORT SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Prepare labor contracts in agreement with company policies and applied templates
  • Registering and deregistering employees with the tax authorities
  • Inform payroll team about new employees and provide personnel information
  • Request calculation of severance payment to personnel, including bonuses, commissions, earnings and deductions corresponding to the severance payment
  • Review and authorize calculation and payments
  • Support to obtain signature for final payment, and documents that must be signed by the employee in accordance with company policy
